When you place order with us, We will send you confirmation email that your order is place successfully with us there you can find your unique Order ID. 

  • Your product will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email with a Tracking link as soon as the item is ready for dispatch.
  • You’ll receive an email including a Tracking link as soon as we start processing your order. The Tracking link will enable you to track the status of your order in real time in the tracking portal.
  • If you haven’t received your Tracking link yet, please also check our spam folder.
  • We’d like to send your order to you as soon as possible. Sometimes this can mean that an order is shipped in multiple parcels.
  • In the tracking portal you can check the status of your order and the multiple parcels. You can find the information about the tracking portal in your email. Your tracking portal is updated within 72 hours.

Shipping Related FAQ’s

How much time it will take to deliver my products?

If your ordered product is in stock, usually we will dispatch your item within 2 business days and will be deliver to your doorstep within 2-10 business days, depending on whether it will go on a one-man or two-man service. Please Note : Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the item with the longest lead time.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, currently we are only able to ship to mainland UK.

Can I change or cancel my delivery date?

Unfortunately, Once product is dispatched from our side you’re not able to change address or delivery date. If you are not able to receive product on preferred delivery date just do not accept the delivery that’s how you’ll get new delivery date by carriers.

Is there a minimum order value to get FREE DELIVERY?

No, there is no minimum spend required. Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on all orders.

Will I need to stay at home all day to take delivery?

With a one-man delivery, we’ll deliver the product to your door step between 7am and 7pm, so yes, you will need to stay at home all day. With a two-man delivery, you’ll receive an estimated 3-hour time slot the evening before your delivery, and our drivers may call you up to 30 minutes before they arrive.

I'm not ready for my item to be delivered yet. Can you hold it for me?

Yes, as long as your item hasn't been dispatched, we can store it for up to 6 weeks. When you place order at checkout, please write in " ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR ORDER ".

What if I'm out when your carriers deliver my order?

Unfortunately, if you miss your delivery, it could take up to 7-14 business days to arrange another delivery date.

Do you offer click and collect?

No, however, all deliveries are free in mainland UK.

Will you assemble my furniture?

Unfortunately, our drivers are not able to assemble your furniture, but items that require self-assembly are straightforward to put together with instruction manual.

Can I request a specific delivery date and time?

No, it’s not always possible to request a specific date or time for your delivery.

I live on a narrow street and parking can be a problem, will you still be able to deliver?

Our carriers use large vehicles for delivery, so please inform us of all street or parking restrictions when placing your order, so that we can try and plan your delivery accordingly. As a rule of thumb, if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture.

What if my furniture doesn't fit?

All of our items carry clear sizing information in their product listings and we strongly advise checking all measurements and access before ordering. Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any tight turns once inside the property.
