Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy goods from us online, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order within 14 days in its original condition including packaging. Please contact us on sales@ambithouse.com with your order reference using your registered email address ONLY. Once we have inspected the item a full refund will be issued. With the exception of upholstered furniture, to which statutory cancellation rights do apply, this does not apply to the products listed as exclusions above unless they are faulty, damaged, missing or otherwise not in accordance with the specification. 

Items that require assembly should be inspected before assembly and report any damage within 3 business days of delivery. Please do not assemble the product if found damaged. Kindly send us images on sales@ambithouse.com so that we can provide you with replacement parts.

If you wish to cancel your order :

  • If we haven't yet dispatched your order, you are entitled for full refund. Please contact us via email to let us know that you wish to cancel.
  • If you have received the goods and wants to return, the easiest way is to follow the process of returning goods as described above. There will be collection charges applied completely based on the nature, size, weight of goods ordered.
  • If you cancel your order, we will refund the cost of the goods. We may make a deduction from the amount refunded to you to reimburse us for any loss in value of the goods if you have handled them other than to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning - for example, if the goods have been used, parts are missing or the goods or their packaging have been damaged.
  • We will process your refund without delay and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back from you, or (if earlier) that you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back to us. If you cancel your contract before goods have been sent to you, we will process your refund no later than 14 days after the date upon which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.
  • All refunds will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. For items purchased online using PayPal and returned to store for a refund, you will be issued with a credit note.
  • Your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged or missing items or goods which are not as described are not affected.
  • Please ensure your items are unassembled. Pack the items back into their original packaging. Items for return should be in their original condition. Please take good care of them while they're in your possession. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of any mattress, divan or mattress protector where the original packaging has been removed or where the item has been used.

  1. How do I cancel my order?

  2. My order has arrived damaged, what are my options?
    As the items are delivered flat pack. We will arrange replacements of the damaged parts (FREE OF COST). To resolve it quicker, send us images on sales@ambithouse.com with your order reference. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. You can opt for replacement parts or return it for full refund.
  3. What if there is missing parts or assembly instructions?

  4. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    Your refund will be processed within 2 business days after we’ve collected your items, however it may take an additional 5-7 days for it to appear in your account due to bank processing times. You’ll be refunded through the original payment method used when you placed the order.
